3. Refunds for Physical Books

Eligibility:

• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the purchase date.
• Books must be returned in their original condition, without any damage or markings.

Process:

• To request a refund, customers must contact us at gsaacademybooks@gmail.com with their order number and reason for the return.
• Upon approval, customers will receive instructions for returning the book.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged book).

Refund Processing:

• Once the returned book is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the refund approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

4. Order Cancellations

Physical Books:

Orders for physical books can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, customers must contact us immediately at gsaacademybooks@gmail.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If a customer receives a damaged or defective book, they must contact us within 7 days of receipt at gsaacademybooks@gmail.com with details and photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs for the damaged or defective book.
